My helmet doesn't have an 'Australian Standard Sticker'

All the road helmets sold by Sunstate Motorcycles are Road Legal.
If you can't find the AS/NZS 1698 sticker on the back of your helmet, it means that is compliant with the European-standard ECE 22.05.
You can wear a helmet that is Australian approved AS/NZS 1698 or European approved ECE 22.05

Check on the chin strap for the ECE22.05 label, it will be in the form of a circle surrounding the letter "E", followed by the distinguishing number of the country that has granted approval.

I Would Like To Know If A Product Is In Stock

Products advertised on Sunstate Motorcycles online store are pending supplier or instore availability. 

​Although we keep many items in stock, we cannot guarantee availability at all times. Products not currently in stock will need to be ordered in from our supplier (pending availability).This can take around 5-7 business days from date of order.

If you would like to confirm the availability of any item, please dont hesitate to get in touch via email.

How Can I Pay For My Online Order?

Are you placing an order over $500?

We prefer PayPal or Direct Deposit payments for orders over the value of $500.

If you prefer Credit Card payment, we kindly request you complete our Credit Card Authorisation Form.
Our Credit Card Authorisation Form is a procedure to confirm the order has been placed by the authorised cardholder.  This is an extra security measure we require to protect you, the cardholder, and Sunstate Motorcycles from credit card fraud.

We realise this will take a little more time but the protection it offers outweighs the inconvenience. 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

The majority of in stock orders placed are processed and dispatched in 1-4 business day. For more information regarding shipping please go to delivery timescales.

We do not ship to Parcel Lockers, Locked Bag or Self Storage addresses. We only deliver to PO Box, Residential and Work addresses.

Express Post Shipping

Express Post is available at an additional cost on all items shipped within Australia. Please send us an email and we'll be able to provide you with a quote.

International Shipping

We are sorry, we do not ship to locations outside of Australia.

For information regarding the return or exchage of an order, please visit our Returns and Exchanges Page. 

Please note: we cannot accept exchanges or returns on helmets for safety reasons.  All Helmets come with a standard clear visor, unless the description states otherwise.

Errors and Ommisions

Sunstate Motorcycles attempts to be as accurate as possible in our product images and/or descriptions also in providing the best prices. However, Sunstate Motorcycles does not warrant that product images, descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and subject to change without notice; this is due to external variables such as: constant product update, currency exchange rates and other.

If an error has been made or a product is listed at an incorrect price, Sunstate Motorcycles maintains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If an incorrect order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, or PayPal account we will issue a full refund.

Sunstate Motorcycles reserves the right to refuse to process and cancel an order/sale.

If a product supplied by Sunstate Motorcycles is not as described, or you are not satisfied with it, you can return it in unused condition.
